We have been using Excellent for years. They are thorough, responsive & dependable, and environmentally responsible.
I am able to get the same inspector every year. This is great because he knows and remembers my house. He catches the possible infestations while they are small and wipes them out on the spot. Also, he points out things like dry rot in my outside timbers that I have not noticed. Makes it a lot easier to fix when caught early.
