The customer service is outstanding! I've not only ordered for myself, but have gotten friends and family hooked on Love Knitz. The quality is there! So soft and warm. Love that the owner also works closely with UNICEF for a great cause. I'll be wearing my hat and pom year round!

Beautiful hats and scarfs and the absolute best quality! I literally get stopped on the street and complimented on my hat. Worth every penny if you must endure Chicago type weather.

great styles and customer service for a high quality product at a reasonable price. Kristin, the owner is an incredibly passionate business owner. I bought one (with the pom) for my girlfriend over xmas this year and she wears it everyday-- thinking about getting more for my sisters and family!
