Performance PT and Sports Rehab is destined for superstardom because of Tom and Kerry. I have various lower back issues and have been treated by Tom for over 10 years. He has managed not only to keep me out of the operating room but also active in my retirement. They are very gifted and caring physical therapists. If your having physical issues this should be your go to place.

Tom and Kerry are both absolutely incredible physical therapists! They go above and beyond for their patients comfort and needs; while always making you feel comfortable in their presence. These kind and experienced physical therapists will not disappoint! I highly recommend them and Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation!

I have faithfully been seeing Tom for physical therapy for the past 13 years. I am generally at the physical therapist several times a year for my chronic joint conditions. Tom gained my trust after my first visit and I have followed him throughout his career for treatment since. I recently had a back surgery that I have had a hard time coming back from. Tom has started performing dry needling along with traditional therapy which has helped beyond my imagination. He carefully listens to your needs and always seems to work miracles for me. Tom truly cares about his patients and is willing to make extra effort with them to get them better and back to a functioning life. I am excited for him and his new endeavor and plan on continuing to travel to the new location for treatment.
