When buying a home, you'll go through a wide range of emotions, and experience a number of surprises along the way. John is there at every step, to guide you, and offer professional advice. He has a firm understanding of the nuances of real estate transactions. When faced with the challenge of bidding against other potential buyers, John presented us with the tools to come out ahead, and secure the home of our dreams. This guy's knowledge extends far past the fundamental basics of real estate, but that's only part of what makes him an exceptional realtor. John has a great personality. We had our own inspector, as well as our own lender, but we did use John's recommended attorney, and he arranged a great team of movers for us.
