  We won 4 free classes in a school fundraiser. The very professional staff made my very shy son feel comfortable. They allowed me to stay and watch the sessions. They were very good at differentiating instruction for all levels and abilities and they made the class exciting and fun while still learning new things. Great experience!

  I'm a lifelong martial artist, school owner, and professional instructor. A few months ago, I thought I'd give this a try. I was wondering if I'd encounter serious martial artists training as athletes, or LARPERs and Men in Tights. Nothing wrong with any of that, but these guys are serious (but fun), knowledgeable, and do functional training - drill, and then spar. Correct form and safety are emphasized. They're great with adults, and great with kids. It's a good workout, and one of those bucket list items you have no excuse not to check off.
