  Today was the first class that I attended at Shape your body. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Gina was warm and inviting. I took the Barre class which was challenging but everyone including Gina was very encouraging! I will continue to take classes!! It wasn’t intimidating and everyone was really nice and supportive!

  Love this place! I am trying to get myself in shape, but I am one of those people who do not find the gym fun or appealing to go to. I've only been here for just over a week and I am always excited to come to these classes. There's yoga, TRX, Zumba, barre, and different types of dance. If any of those sound fun, come here! Everything can of course be adjusted to what you can do. :D

  I LOVE that there is finally a gym close to my home. It looks swanky enough to cost a fortune but the prices are perfectly reasonable. I've taken barre, TRX, and yoga so far and each class was awesome. The owner is super-friendly and a great instructor. There's a class for every fitness personality, at all times of the day, every day of the week. And if that's not enough, they offer a FREE first class.

  I haven't taken classes in a very long time, but when Shape Your Body Fitness opened near me and I was invited to try the yoga class, I decided to give it a try. I was so glad I did! It was a great class & the instructor was very helpful & it didn't matter your fitness level. If you're looking for a great workout & great new place to take classes, you should definitely give it a try! The owner is amazing too and offers many different classes as well as different packages to accommodate different fitness levels as well as many day/time choices.

  This place is absolutely what our community needed. A welcoming spot with knowledgeable instructors, flexibility in class styles and times. I've really enjoyed the classes I've taken. The instructors are great and meet you where you are on your exercise scale. I definitely recommend this fitness studio to all. It's great!
