I am so impressed by the customer service here. I had posted a very negative review after my engagement ring, which I had for less than 5 months and am very gentle with, lost a stone.
Brilliant Earth actually reached out to me after seeing the review and informed me that they would replace it free of charge. What's more, when I called after a few weeks to make sure I would get the ring in time to go out of town for my engagement party, they were very accommodating of the time crunch. I picked the ring up today and they even had it cleaned.
Everyone I spoke with was professional and understanding. I was disappointed that the ring lost a stone after only 5 months of gentle use, but the Brilliant Earth team has been so helpful and great to work with! Thanks for everything.
