You will not find a more friendly, helpful, honest, and professional maintenance experience for your car than you will at C.S.Cantlin Automotive. Charlie Cantlin has taken care of my pre-owned Mercedes 240 for 9 years ever since I ditched the local dealership in disgust years ago. He has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable addressing both routine maintenance and occasional pesky problems, dealing effectively with the factory on difficult issues and my insurance adjustor for others. He has gone out of his way to assist me and diagnose difficult problems. Unlike my experience at high priced dealerships who more often seem to have their own bottom line as a top priority, I have always felt that Charlie and his staff have kept my satisfaction and the maintaining of my car in top condition as their top priority. It is such a pleasure and a breath of fresh air in today's often impersonal world dealing with Charlie and his professional and personable staff. I drive a lot of extra miles to take advantage of this experience, and it is well worth the extra time.
