Ryan handled my repair with courtesy and professionalism. He was available to speak with me every time I called, which is very appreciated. I also appreciated the loaner car while Ettleson had my car over the weekend and through Tuesday.

My Sonata just had intake camshaft position actuator fixed under factory warranty. Took only a couple of minutes to drop the car off, and less than a minute to pick it up. Ryan gave pretty accurate estimate on how long the repair would take (3 hours). Good service.
