LOVE teaching and practicing at the YOGA LOFT. Been teaching for over a decade and I just love the vibe at this studio. Down-to-Earth, intelligent and wise people - both the staff and the practitioners!
Very welcoming, unpretentious vibe. Great instruction. All around fantastic experience. I mostly take classes from Suzy and Jamie, who are both phenomenal.
