I originally went to Gentle Dental a while ago when my mom took me. From day one, everyone was pleasant, super friendly and very helpful. I love how thorough they are and informative everyone is each step of the way. I moved away and came back several times and EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY KNEW WHO I WAS!!! The level of customer service is out of this world. You would think people would forget you after you avoid the dentist like the plague but each time I come back, they are warm and welcoming. I love gentle dental. Everyone is awesome!!
Side note: the couches in the waiting room are super comfortable every time I come in. It's like sitting on a pillow.
My family and I have been customers at Gentle Dental Care since 2011. We have absolutely loved our experience! The staff is extraordinarily professional and personable. More importantly, they have proven time and again to be outstanding at what they do. They have enough appointments available to allow plenty of flexibility to accommodate my work schedule and my children's school schedules. We will stay with Gentle Dental Care for the long haul!
I have been going to Gentle Dental Care in Lorton for over 9 years. The dentists, hygienists and office staff are all professional. The dentists and hygienists are always very informative regarding the care of your teeth and any procedures. The support staff understands the various insurance company coverages and is always very helpful if you have any questions. They are helpful at calling and reminding you of an upcoming appointment a few days ahead of time too. This is a great Dental office that I highly recommend.
My family have been patients here for along time (probably 10 yeas or more) and have never been less than completely satisfied with the care. It's a very efficient friendly and professional office, the staff, especially the front Desk and the hygienists are wonderful too to spend time with and make the cleanings a pleasure. The doctors care have always been exceptional and we always receive the best care and support from both Doctors.
