  Absolutely the best team of instructors and group of friends I have ever had the privilege to train with. My kids absolutely love the program and are always complaining when we're not able to go.   The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and challenge you to become better martial artists than the day before. I have learned to be confident and to keep fighting and give it my 100% no matter how exhausted I am.

  Absolutely the #1 self defense academy in the area. Great group of instructors extremely knowledgeable passionate and dedicated group. I am honored to be a part of this great team and beyond grateful for the amazing training and training partners, we have a great time pushing each other to get better and encourage one another to push beyond the limits of our own capabilities.
  If you're looking for a place to train in a safe and friendly environment you owe it to yourself to come in and take a class and I promise you that you'll be hooked.

  Krav Oz is an amazing place with amazing people! The instructors will push you to do your best and work harder than you thought you could. I leave every class feeling like I gave my all and it really increases my confidence. I was never an especially physical person but the instructors really help you to bring out your best and teach you that you can do things you didn't realize you could. They also go out of their way to make sure all students are safe and will modify exercises as needed. There are students of all body types and fitness levels and there is no judgement, just great camaraderie. Excellent place to get fit, learn a skill, and make new friends! It's also fun to punch pads :)
