  Holly is hands down the best yoga teacher you will have the pleasure of studying with. She SEES you and teaches with depth, clarity, and wisdom.

  This yoga is wonderful! The use of props allows any body type/size accomplish every pose. Classes are created for different levels from beginner to advanced allowing anyone to learn body alignment with strengthening for anyone. Ageless yoga is a great class for those with injuries, specific problems, etc.

  As a student of yoga for years, I felt like it was time to take my practice to the next level. I began classes with Holly, 11 months ago at the Iyengar Yoga Center, instead of just trying to mimic the poses demonstrated by the instructors for the first time in my life, someone actually explained what we were attempting to do & how to get our bodies to respond to accomplish the actions. With the use of props & detailed instructions, a lot of the physical problems I have with my body are getting corrected. For example, during a recent class discussion, I actually had to think about when I last had low back pain. I highly recommend Iyengar Yoga for individuals that are serious about their well-being!

  Holly is an excellent and attentive yoga teacher, as well as a teacher of teachers. Her dedication shows in her continuing education in the Iyengar yoga method, including regular trips around the country and to India to study with other senior teachers. Holly personally teaches nearly all of the classes she offers.
  
  For anyone new to yoga, or even seasoned students, I'd recommend Holly's classes as she stresses proper form and safety. While the classes are challenging, she ensures you understand the whats and the whys, and this knowledge can be a joint-saver when attending classes or workshops with less experienced teachers.
  
  Her classes also offer as much philosophy as you desire. While not required, Holly provides a traditional yoga class experience with many opportunities to dig deep into the ancient texts.
