  They are very rude and i will never get any thing from yes parts again. The lady told me she would block my number i couldnt believe it . I just wanted to have them resend my part that i need so bad. And so when i talked to someone on Aptil 10th i was told it was on the way i gave it a few days and called them back to check the status another lady said o no it hasnt been resent . So now im waiting for a manager to call me. I hope to get that phone call today its been almost a month since we ordered this part. Im starting to think its a scam place. They are very rude. If i dont get my part i want refund no more waiting too much longer for this part. I cant give them a good review at all. A
  As of today Aptil 27th 2018, i receive a phone call from one of the CSR that i had spoken to previously had given me an apology very sincere one i really appreciate the apology and for that reason i will buy again .

  Not sure why others shared negative reviews. I ordered 2 parts for a Maytag dishwasher on Sun 4/15; the order shipped on Wed 4/18 and was received on Sat 4/20. No issues and their prices were the lowest I could find for these parts.
