  My experience working with Troy Marr was absolutely amazing. He took the time to really understand what it was that I was looking for in a new apartment and never gave up in finding me the perfect fit.   I highly recommend using North Star for help find your next apartment/condo. I worked with both Zach and Matt and they were so generous with their time and help understanding the whole process from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable about NorthShore rentals and I felt I was in good hands the whole time. I was very picky on where I wanted to live and the kind of condo I wanted and Zach helped me find the perfect one. He was patient with me through the whole process. I am so glad I used their services.

  Worked with Matt Hamill and had a great experience. Matt took the time to answer any and all questions, even allowed me to use his office computer to apply when I didn't have access to one. So helpful, patient, and understanding. I absolutely recommend working with Matt and North Star to any apartment seeker.
