  Initial Pohanka visit to purchase 2018 Accord did not go well. Decided to give second chance a few weeks later. Met Ivan and a deal was struck. Used Costco auto buying program and scored on a demo 2018 Accord 2.0 touring model. Ivan and his manager were both very helpful in our decision to purchase. Price was good. Working with Pohanka to resolve minor tire rim rash.

  It was going to take around 3 hrs to get an oil change and tire rotation so I used the shuttle service. Customer service was good. Mike, my Service Advisor was nice and they use text messaging to stay in contact if I had any concerns/needs. The ride to and from was fine. And it only took about 2 hrs. to get my car back.
