Sea Change and Bouzy Gastropub at Chez Mélange

We didn't eat at Bouzy, but came for an after-dinner drink to listen to the musical entertainment that particular evening, guitarist and singer Brent and his accompaniment who played bass guitar. They were excellent and so was their repertoire! I had a glass of delicious Pinot noir from the Russian River Valley. My other companions had a variety of beer. The crowd was lively, and the seating is cozy inside, and also outside on a protected patio area with heaters. The location is just a block outside of Hollywood Riviera hub, with good parking off-street in the lot under the building.

This place is so good! 3 concepts under one roof with everything from burgers, inventive sandwiches and salads to fantastic steaks and amazing fresh fish.... they even have an oyster bar with poke and sashimi and so many other delicious fresh items. You could eat here every night and never be bored or disappointed!

I stopped by on Thursday with my girlfriend to check out the Sea Exchange, I must say I was not disappointed. Gary took great care of us, he was the best server we ever had!! Food was incredible, I order a pasta with creamy pesto w/ shimp amd instantly fell in love. The food, the drinks, the ambiance and service was all perfect. Definitely will be back!!

Great local spot to enjoy oysters and small plates. Mushrooms with shishito peppers is very tasty. Excellent fries hand cut. I will try the burger next time.
