Potomac Pediatrics, P.C.: Leonard L Touchette MD

My children went to Dr. Touchette from 1992-2010. I do not believe for one minute the allegations at current. May God watch over him and his family.

I am not sure why this has a rating of only 3.8 on google but it ranks 4.9 on other sites and should be 5.0! We have been going to Dr Touchette since my first was born back in 2014. Our neighbor suggested him to us after her daughter (now 14) has been going to him since she was a toddler. He has always called us back when they are closed after hours and on the weekends. I am extremely picky with doctors especially being a Nurse and I am thankful to say we have never had not 1 complaint by going here. We have also seen the NP at his office but always prefer to see him. He has tons of patience and always gives us a wide range of suggestions with whatever might be going on that brought us in the office or even on call. The staff is super nice as well, they at least have never been rude.

Dr. Touchette is Amazing he has been my daughters pediatrician since she was born!

I have been taking both kids to Dr. Touchette since they were born. He is great with kids and he is always there to answer questions and make great recommendations. All his stuff are very nice and helpful

We used to see the NP, but she left and we've been seeing Dr. Touchette for about a year and a half. We love him! He is SO patient with my kids. My daughter hates any doctor and starts bawling the minute they even look in her direction. He's patient, he plays with them and makes being at the doctor's office fun. My son absolutely loves him and loves going to his office. My daughter has definitely warmed up to him and tolerates him more than any other doctor :) He will stand in the office until he is sure you have no more questions or concerns and explains everything thoroughly. I can't say enough about him. I also love that he's more conservative and doesn't just rush to push antibiotics when they aren't needed. My kids are always well taken care of. The staff is great too, as well as Bonnie and the new NP, we love them all. They have accommodated all of my crazy Mom freak-out phone calls over the years and the doctor/np always returns our call same-day.
